I know we are in Adstringendum but where is it? I don't think I ever seen that name in Amestris.

I couldn't exactly tell how. It's.. been explained to me like this: Adstringendum is... more or less, a fusion of worlds, and that keeps it sustaining. We're not in Amstris, Xing, Drachma, nowhere in that world. That part of our world has been absorbed by this one.
